Welcome!

I am Dr. Daria Chase, a clinical psychologist and a mother to three never born children. So I know this grief from both sides of the room. For over 15 years I helped women after pregnancy loss find their way back to themselves, their relationships and parts of life grief is trying to take away.

Let me guess, right now, you might be...

  • Feeling totally alone in this. Like no one understands your pain and confusion.

  • Exhausted from holding it all in - the sadness, the shame, the guilt.

  • Trying to push through the day while you feel demotivated, and just going through the motions.

  • Numbing the pain with food, wine, or work - anything to avoid feeling it.

  • Hearing things like “it was early” or “just try again,” and feeling like each comment stabs you in the heart.

  • Fighting off the thought that maybe it’s your fault.

  • Struggling with your partner - like they’ve already moved on, and you’re still stuck.

  • Wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

But what you’d really love is to...

  • Start feeling alive and hopeful again.

  • Feel seen and understood without having to justify or explain your pain.

  • Talk to people who get it, without awkwardness or judgment.

  • Let go of the constant self-blame and wondering what you did wrong.

  • Feel more grounded, less panicked, more like yourself.

  • Wake up without that pit in your stomach.

  • Reconnect with your body instead of feeling like it failed you.

  • Finally take a deep breath and feel some peace - even if it's just for a moment.

And Maybe You're Asking Yourself...

Will it ever get better?

I'm here to tell you - YES!

It is absolutely possible to heal from this loss, to find renewed joy, and to emerge with more resilience, hope, and strength.
